Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. It focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! This is a great workout for recently pregnant moms, recently postpartum moms, and moms with stroller-aged kids who prefer a lower-impact workout.

Body Back®

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms, and offered to all women, who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, and inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 HIIT workouts per week in a small group format
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support throughout the program
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back workout DVD

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Womenall over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Stroller Strides of Ann Arbor provides a 60 minute total body workout for moms of stroller-age children (approx. 6-weeks to 5 years). The workout is appropriate for moms of all fitness levels and combines cardio with intervals of toning. We use exercise tubing, the environment, and the stroller for a fun and social exercise program. Children remain in their strollers, but are involved in the workout with songs and creative drills.

Ever wanted to run a 5k or 10k but not sure how? Join our Moms Run Club and train with us! Each 8-week program meets twice a week ending with a timed race. Runs are held at different locations around Ann Arbor. Any level of runner is welcome: walker, 1st time racer, or marathon runner.

Children remain in their strollers, but are involved in the workout with songs and creative drills.
