Ever wanted to run a 5k or 10k but not sure how? Join our Moms Run Club
and train with us! Each 8-week program meets twice a week ending with a
timed race. Runs are held at different locations around Ann Arbor. Any
level of runner is welcome: walker, 1st time racer, or marathon runner.
details to know for runs:
- Please arrive a few minutes
early. This will allow you to get your stroller out and get signed in.
- Any stroller is acceptable,
except for umbrella strollers. Jogging strollers are recommended if you
plan on running or completing a lot of mileage.
- Please wear proper footwear
(closed-toed sneakers) and layer in comfortable clothing.
- Don't forget water and a
towel or exercise mat for floor stretches and exercises.
- Please make sure you bring a
stopwatch or timer of some sort; cell phones are ideal.
- All runs are completed at
your own pace.
