Classes

Stroller Strides of Ann Arbor provides a 60 minute total body workout for moms of stroller-age children (approx. 6-weeks to 5 years). The workout is appropriate for moms of all fitness levels and combines cardio with intervals of toning. We use exercise tubing, the environment, and the stroller for a fun and social exercise program. Children remain in their strollers, but are involved in the workout with songs and creative drills.

Each month, FIT4MOM Ann Arbor hosts a Moms4Charity Stroller Strides Specialty Class with a fun theme. There are so many worthy causes close to our hearts, and we want to pay it forward. Instead of paying a drop-in rate for this class, make a donation to a good cause. Come work out with us for free, and make a monetary or tangible donation that works for your lifestyle.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out.
