Welcome to FIT4MOM® Ann Arbor

FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

RUN CLUB+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! We will begin August 17, 2024 to train for Ann Arbor Probability Race on Oct. 13, 2024.

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Boost™

Body Boost is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Prenatal Fitness Classes

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey.
